For payments and withdrawals over EUR 5,000, it is necessary to announce the payment and cash withdrawal by filling out the form on this page. 

 

It is important that you know:

  • For payments of up to EUR 30,000 and withdrawals of up to EUR 20,000, the daily limit on your card will be increased once and you will be able to make the payment/withdrawal yourself in the Zone 24/7.
  • For payments over EUR 30,000 and payments over EUR 20,000, you need to come to the branch, in accordance with the previous agreement with our Online Center.
